We can offer a home for your birds if needed. There's plenty of room in our new coop, the roost is long, there are plenty of nest boxes, and the rooster is a gentle, older crele bantam. We have an enclosed pen for the youngsters as well as plenty of play room in the yard for when the birds are out after nest-time. Feel free to contact me if you want some help with this.

Yep, the bill banned roosters and limited the hens based on your lot size.

Did the bill cover hens and roosters? I have noted that many urban areas, will allow hens but exclude roosters. The vote might be pro-chickens next time if roosters & their accompanying noise, are left out of equation.
